At DrAyurCare, your satisfaction is our priority. We take utmost care to ensure our Ayurvedic products reach you in perfect condition.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

๐Ÿšš How to Request a Return

2. Share your order number, issue details, and product images.

3. Our team will review and approve your return request within 2โ€“3 working days.

๐Ÿ”„ Exchange or Replacement

If approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same product or issue store credit.

Exchange is available only for the same item originally purchased.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) are processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days after return approval.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after receiving your details.

๐Ÿšซ Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Used or opened personal care products

Gift cards, offers, or free samples

If you havenโ€™t received your refund:

1. Check your bank or payment account again.

2. Then contact your bank/payment provider โ€” sometimes it takes time to reflect.

All DrAyurCare products are made with natural ingredients, and minor variations in color or fragrance are normal and not considered a defect.
